Pete Jaenchen joined our board in 2022, and has been serving in the role of board president since 2023. Pete started rowing with LLRC after his sons Will & Bjorn, nd his daughter Ava rowed on our Juniors team. His daughter Ava also coaches for LLRC .

Angie joined our board in 2023. She took her first stroked at LLRC in 2015 through an Orono Community Ed Learn to Row Class. Since then she has had 3 of her children row on our juniors program ! Angie started rowing with LLRC in 2023 and competes on our Masters team!

Lisa joined our board in 2024. Her daughter Emma started rowing with our Juniors team in 2023, and Lisa jumped in the boat also to row with LLRC in 2024, Lisa also rowed at West Point, so easily made the transition back to being back in a boat !

Erin Lorenz joined our board in 2025. Erin's son Wyatt started rowing with LLRC in 2024. Erin will help coordinate communications and LLRC Juniors information with our LLRC Juniors rowers and parents

Aimee started rowing with us during the winter 2025 season and has jumped in with both feet! She is always willing to jump in and help out! Aimee will be our community relations liason and oversee event planning

Amy Johnson
Club Founder in 2014, along with other Junior parents/ board members. Amy started rowing at the University of New Hampshire, and has carried this sport to our local Long Lake, striving to be a community sport, accessible to all.
