• Trailer load Saturday, Oct 10, at ____
• Arrival at Venue to unload trailer/ rig boats: Sat. Oct 12th at 5pm
• RACE Day: Please arrive by ____am. Sunday  
• Last event currently scheduled for 3:30pm. De-rig and trailer load.
• LLRC Trailer UNLOAD at Birch's 6:30am Monday Oct 12th. We will unload the trailer quickly, so rowers can get to school and work. 
• If any rowers available to come early to Monday afternoon practice to help with rigging, otherwise will rig quickly at practice.  
  

*The Rock River Valley YMCA Rowing Club will hold its 40th annual regatta on Sunday, October 11, 2026  

Regatta Features:

• A 5,000 meter (3.1 mile) course on the Rock River with may ideal locations for spectators
• Professional timing services from TRI-3 Timing employing FinishLynx cameras at Start/Finish
• 2 split times are reported 
• Results will be available at TBD
• Special reserved parking for car top singles and doubles on first-come basis.
• The venue is open for practice on Saturday, October 12, sunup to sundown. Practice is at your own risk. There are no safety personnel on the river. The practice boat trafficpattern is posted in the boathouse.  Also, see the Venue tab for a map.
• Bring your bicycle, most of the race course has a bike path running parallel to it.
