2019 ON THE WATER Registration is OPEN for our boys team!
- Girls Juniors Team is now full. If you are interested in rowing on the Juniors Team, please email us and we put you on our waitlist in the event of any cancellations.
- Boys team: 5 spots remaining! Registration DEADLINE MARCH 1st, but will likely fill first.
2019 MASTERS-- registration will open once we know our water permit hours/ times to best provide adult programming.
We offer programs for Juniors (finished 8th grade), Masters and a summer College rowing program.
New this summer!
If you're a junior interested in trying rowing; but not quite sure if you want to commit to a full 5 d/wk training program- we have just launched our Junior Explore program. This program meets 2d/wk for 7 weeks in the summer; 3-4:30 pm, without any regatta competitions. Rowers progress will be assessed to join the Juniors Team in the future as space allows. Novice rowers can compete the summer after completing 8th grade. Registration coming soon! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to be kept in the loop on this!

About Long Lake
Long Lake Rowing Crew (LLRC) was founded in 2014 by a committed group of local parents and rowers who had a vision for the sport of rowing on Long Lake--a body of water that is ideally suited to the sport given it's perfect size and well-protected waters. We are thankful for the generous support of both the City of Long Lake and the City of Orono, and many local government and business leaders who helped pave the way to bring this beautiful sport to our community!
The mission of Long Lake Rowing Crew is "to provide a safe, inspiring and educational opportunity for people of all ages to learn, enjoy and excel in the sport of rowing. LLRCrew is a volunteer-driven, non-profit club committed to knowledgeable instruction, personal and competitive achievement, and the well-being of its members and the greater Long Lake community."
